Parsley
Canned tuna
Lemon
Maldon salt

Olive oil
steps
Cook the pasta [al dente](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al_dente) and then drizzle with olive oil in a bowl
Halve cherry tomatoes and add
Add chopped capers
Add chopped parsley
Add finely diced onion
Add 1 can of tuna **(in oil ideally)**
Add a squeeze of lemon juice, Maldon salt, and pepper to taste

This template works great with canned tuna, but is also amenable to other protein options, be that a different tinned fish, or cubed charcuterie like salami or chorizo.
I also occasionally enjoy adding some chopped olives if I have them on hand.
