• 1oz Mezcal
• 1oz Cynar
• 1oz Sweet Vermouth

steps

1. Combine equal parts of Mezcal, Cynar, and Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass over ice, and stir until chilled
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

notes

• This cocktail originally calls for Bonal, which I don't tend to have on hand, but I've found it to be relatively tasty with sweet vermouth instead, particularly Cocchi de Torino.
• It tastes sort of like a darker, smokier Negroni.
