- Brioche burger buns
- Frozen breaded Pollock **(or other white fish)** patty
- Tartar sauce
- American cheese **(optional)**
steps
- Put fish filet(s) in the oven according to manufacturer's instructions
- When there are about 5 minutes left, griddle the bun with a little butter
- Remove bun and let cool
- Once fish is done, put cheese **(if using)** on top of cooling filets to melt
- Once buns are cool, top with tartar sauce
- Add fish filet and serve
