  1. Put fish filet(s) in the oven according to manufacturer's instructions
  2. When there are about 5 minutes left, griddle the bun with a little butter
  3. Remove bun and let cool
  4. Once fish is done, put cheese **(if using)** on top of cooling filets to melt
  5. Once buns are cool, top with tartar sauce
  6. Add fish filet and serve
