• 0.5oz Bigallet China-China
• Orange peel **(optional)**

steps

1. Add a large ice cube to a heavy bottomed rocks glass
2. Build the cocktail in the glass by combining the ingredients and stirring until cold
3. Express an orange peel over the top if desired and serve

notes

• The original recipe from the [Baldwin Bar](https://www.thebaldwinbar.com/) calls for 0.25oz of Maraschino liquor, and Corazon bitters, but I enjoy the cocktail without those components
• I hadn't had China-China prior to having it in this cocktail, but after buying a bottle to make it at home, and trying it on its own, I realized that I quite like it and want to try using it in more cocktails.
