• 1oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.5oz Campari
• 0.5oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
• (optional) Orange zest

steps

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube

notes

• The Banana liqueur by itself tastes a little like stewed bananas/ bananas foster, which works surprisingly well with the Campari
• Substituting Rye whiskey or blended scotch also works well with this template
