Arugula and Parmesan Salad

- Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt/ Pepper
steps
- Put an appropriate amount of arugula in a bowl
- Shave strips of the parmesan over the arugula using a vegetable peeler
- Add a glug of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Mix and serve
